I don’t have a theme, but I do have a number of position that I found particularly interesting that I want to highlight this week:
World Learning has two openings for adjunct instructors, one to teach a course on Agroecology and Food Systems in Oaxaca, Mexico, as part of their Masters in Sustainable Development Practice, and a second to teach undergraduate students in their Comparative Food Systems study-abroad program, traveling to George (USA), Malawi, Ecuador and Spain in the fall 2025 semester.
In an entirely different kind of gig, TransPerfect is looking for a part-time, freelance Non-Packaged Food Image Collector to receive shipments of fruits and vegetables and take detailed pictures of them using an iPhone.
Central Synagogue, in midtown Manhattan, recognizes that “food plays a pivotal role in creating meaningful and successful events.” They are looking for a Catering Coordinator to ensure standards for quality, safety, and inclusivity.
Brigaid brings systems and solutions to help school kitchens prepare high-quality meals. They are hiring Program Chefs for positions in Fresno and Dixon, CA, Fayetteville, WV, and Newark, NJ.
