Hello Readers,
My post analytics show that food writing opportunities are always of high interest, but they can also be hard-to-come-by. And freelance opportunities can pay as little as 8 cents per word, a rate which can hardly encourage the kind of in-depth, thinking-food prose I know many of you would like to write - and get paid for! So I thought that this week, instead of highlighting a specific job opportunity, I would provide links to the “pitch guidelines” from some sites that publish thoughtful food-related content.
