Hello Readers,
Do you have plans for spring break? While I don’t have plans to go on a cruise any time soon, I am highlighting two land-based cruise ship opportunities. Both Norwegian Cruise Lines and Carnival Cruises are hiring for culinary development positions. If you would like to be on board a ship, Silversea Cruises, which take pride in it’s culinary programming, has Chef du Cuisine and an Assistant Restaurant Manager positions open.
My detour into cruise ship opportunities is really just an excuse to say that I’ll be taking my own spring break later this month. I’ll be back next week and the following, but will not be posting on March 1.
