I am happily settling in to a new university job which for me is an ideal combination of part-time, remote work with full benefits. This work will allow me to continue to set aside time to publish Thinking Food Jobs.
With this renewed enthusiasm for working in higher ed I have found some niche university jobs to share with you this week:
Hartwick College, in Oneota, NY, is looking for a Baker-in-Residence / Community Engagement Baker to work in the Baking Innovation Lab at the college’s Center for Craft Food and Beverage, a testing and resource center for end-users of small grains.
Tuskegee University, in Tuskegee, AL, is hiring a Black Black Belt Food Corridor Coordinator, to serve as a driving force behind initiatives that advance economic opportunity for local farmers and small businesses in the Alabama Black Belt.
