First, some housekeeping: It’s summer vacation time for Thinking Food Jobs. I’ll be taking the next two weeks off, and will be back on Friday, August 30 with my next list of opportunities for you. I hope you have also had some time to relax and recharge this summer.
And now for this week’s highlight: The Global Food Institute, founded by José Andrés and George Washington University aims to “change the world through the power of food.” Last fall I included the call for applications for the Institute’s inaugural Executive Director. Now the team is now being expanded with openings for an Executive Associate, Senior Communications Associate, and a Manager of Communications.
