I hope you are looking forward to something delicious as part of your Labor Day weekend celebrations. Like ice cream, perhaps? Earlier this summer I had the chance to visit the James Beard Award finalist Super Secret Ice Cream in northern New Hampshire, and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. (Particularly the honeycomb flavor, though opportunity to try six flavors served in a half-dozen egg carton made it less necessary to choose a favorite.)
